Well, I have been vegetarian for quite a long time now. Loved cheese and eggs and yogurt though, or at least I thought I did. I started on a vegan diet this past Jan. Wow is all I can say. I have a lot to learn and have now become a food "snob" or at least I feel like that. I can not stand to eat things that are not plant based now. I eat when I am hungry and not to "just eat" I have lost 10 pounds (I have at least 20 to loose) and feel great. I have energy and feel better all over!…
