Tell us a little more about yourself: I have always been interested in eating healthy food and working out but never felt as good as I have since I started eating a primarily alkaline diet and drinking Vega One 4 - 5 times a week. My energy levels are up, I'm sleeping better and my skin is glowing. I love your products. They have made a huge difference in my life!
