Hi, I'm Kristen Suzanne, owner of Kristen's Raw. I'm a Raw vegan chef, author and teacher with a passion for helping people get started and succeed with the Raw vegan diet. As a former competitive bodybuilder (and as a daughter to two chefs), I have been studying nutrition, fitness, and food preparation for 15 years.

Mustard Seed Dill Dressing - YUM!

I made this dressing last night. My husband and I enjoyed it on a fresh crisp romaine salad with chopped yellow and red bell peppers. We were practically licking our plates when we were done. :) We'll be having it for lunch today. Yum!

I love your website and your recipes! I'm getting all your books! Do you have any in French??? I lost a lot of weight when my sister died 2 years ago. I went from 108 to 92 pounds. My husband and I were starting construction of our "Dream House" when my sister started being sick (alpha-1 disease) in April 2007. She died September 13th 2007. I "forgot" myself. I gained weight since - I'm up to 105 pounds! But I have a hard time gaining muscle weight, specially arms. What should I do? I'm also vegan.
