I eat similar to you in that I eat a vegan, low-fat (10% or lower), mostly raw diet and I'm new to vega products. I'm trying to figure out my meal plans and what's best to eat and when, expecially post-workout. I'd appreciate your advice! Thanks =)
congrats on your louisville ironman. I am doing Arizona and its my first full Ironman. I have been raw since Jan and using all the vega products. The last three 70.3's I have gone back to non-raw Gu and electrolyte drinks. You mentioned 10 bars -were they the vibrancy ones? What would be ideal on the run?
