I am an experienced ultramarathon runner who spends most of my time in the trails. I have been a vegetarian for more than 16 years and understand how a proper diet affect performance. Knowing how to eat properly as a vegetarian is important for everyone, but it is especially important for runners and other athletes.
I am also the own of the a site called http://www.vegetarianrunner.com and am constantly looking for more information and products relating to being a vegetarian runner and athlete.
