Just picked it up at a health food store years ago, and have been using it on a regular basis ever since...I don't start my day without it.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I already live a fairly active lifestyle between golfing, skiing, trail cycling, swimming, Pilates, and regular weight training. I do sometimes fall of track, but generally active. I am a foodie! Love to cook healthy organic food whenever possible. I still feel I have room to improve and learn more about healthy eating. I'm not sure if I could be a total vegan, as I would miss fish too much. I think you are what you eat. If you eat well, you will be and feel well. We are meant to move as humans, if you keep your motor in good condition with healthy food and movement, you decrease your chances of having health problems. It's a lifestyle. Period.
