- I am 28 years old. I live in Carmichael, CA. I am very spiritual. I am a competitive runner with a focus on the 5k. Each year for the last couple years I have been making improvements to my health through diet and am heading towards being vegan. I would like to eventually go mostly raw but that is a far off goal. I do however, consume quite abit of raw food in my diet now. I have fruit everyday and a salid almost every day. I still eat fish but plan to eliminate that as a new years resolution for 2011! I really enfoy the outdoors and love running in nature. I like to play the guitar and shoot pool as well. Most of all, I love girls!
