I discovered Vega years ago when I was dealing with Adrenal Burnout from doing Ironman. The first book Thrive caught my attention and started my up and down road to eating healthier.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I was an active Triathlete, National level Racewalker but after a Divorce, dealing with 4 teenagers and trying to manage life I was up until lately enjoying just moving, and exercising. I am a competitive person and enjoy training for a race and so recently I am hoping, if body cooperates to do a May Marathon. I am getting myself back on the vega nutrition and taking it one step at a time. Hoping today to manage 26k of run/walk

I am flattered, thank you. I wish I could say that I kept in good health due to using the Vega line. I ate pretty well then, but I also had an extremely active 1yr old son keeping me very busy.
However, I can tell you, I have been eating the foods recommended in Thrive Foods since about November. It has changed me tremendously. I have more alertness, more energy, more patience, healthier skin, and am back to pre-baby condition. My workouts consist of doing laundry, dishes, making meals, and caring for my 2yr old and my 7mth old. ;) Yet I feel leaner, and stronger. I would like to begin using the Vega One, but have not incorporated that in yet.
