- How did you discover Vega?
- I was diagnosed a few years back with Fybromyalgia and I am trying to heal my body from this condition with a good mix of nutrition, health supplements and exercise. I talked to the trained staff at my local health food store and she sang high praises for your product. I needed something that would help with energy as well as muscle fatigue which is a big issue for me.
- Tell us a little more about yourself
- I noticed a great improvement instantly my very first time using your product, I could not believe the difference in my workout, it was like I was floating freely through the water with little effort and I had no pain, a miracle. I was so excited after my swim I was up all night.
I have taken Vega Sport now for a week and my only concern is how many hours I seem to be up after drinking a full serving of the product. I do not usually drink anything with caffeine, so I am guessing the Yerba mate is what is keeping me awake. So here is my question how long before my swim should I take Vega sport also how long is the product known to work in your system? thanks hugs Jaz
