I am a 30 year old mom of a great kiddo with Autism and Chiari Malformation Type 1. I have lost cloe to 70 pounds and am just two weeks from being a certified personal traienr (CPT). I am completing my second Master's degree in Psychology. I am super enthusiastic about fitness!
