I set up a killer program I'm going to follow for the next 10-12 weeks for this 'phase' of the journey. I'm getting amazing results so I thought I'ld share with Vega Community for some that may be needing an Idea of how to plan a day of exercise and diet. I know alot of places are well into gardening season already (B.C.) but here in Alberta you don't put much in 'til May long weekend. The weather is so fantastic...a balmy 20C :) (when winter is 6 months long a guy gets pretty excited at 20). I usually have lots of tournaments through the year - next is Montreal in June - will be first one on 100% vegan so am curious - so far so good !!!
