Very comprehensive! I would add that a healthy pinch of salt really brings out the flavors in a soothie. Also I add xanthum and guar gum to my smoothies for a thick, rich, fluffy texture.

Firstly, the Thrive diet does include cooked beans, grains, etc, so I'd say you're 100% Thrive and 80% raw :). Try some adaptogens. Maca is a good one to start, but tulsi, schisandra berries, and eleuthero will all help you too. You could also try…
