I have been vegetarian for over 25 years and vegan for 15 years. I have 2 grown children and 2 dogs that still live at home.
I enjoy running, biking, yoga, and weightlifting. I am a high school math teacher that uses running to decompress at the end of the day or as my "caffeine" at the beginning of the day.
I enjoy vega protein as part of my breakfast because I usually eat that on the go. I eat raw as much as possible mainly because those are the foods I prefer. I don't care for pasta, bread, or soft veggies.
