I'm a semi-pro muay thai fighter living in new jersey. I got into a plant based lifestyle when I first read Thrive a year ago and it changed me life. Now i'm a vegetarian who eats mostly raw food and my performance has sky rocketed. I'm currently getting my masters in nutrition and working as a personal trainer.

WKA week 3 prep

Monday- Today was painful. We started off with some of Greg M.’s conditioning which to say the least was not fun! Tons of exercises that make your legs feel like jello. After conditioning we went into thai work. We loosened up with 2 rounds of shadow boxing, 9 rounds of partner work, and 4 rounds of bag work. Preparing for WKA muay thai nationals, week 2

Monday- Today was a nice day and I felt good. I started the day with some strength. Donica, Sunny,

Countdown to the WKA nationals (week 1 of 10)

Since I have 10 weeks of hard training before I fight in a national

muay thai tournament I decided to make a little diary of my weeks of
