I'm an avid runner and I can tell you exactly why I always have to blow my nose when I run outside...it's the wind in my eyes. It causes my eyes to tear, the tears drain into my nasal cavity, causing a runny nose.

A friend of mine who is a personal trainer, introduced me to Brandon,s books and products.
Tell us a little more about yourself
My name is ILDIKO and I am a 31 year old girl from Romania , presently living in New York City. About two and a half years ago my personal trainer friend gave me Brandon's Thrive book to read and the Whole Foods Health Optimizer shake to try it out. It changed my life ,since then I have lost 50 pound ,I went from 185 pound to 135 pound. I still live on that shake every day and other Sequel products.I can't tell how much energy I have and how good I feel from this nutritious food, they keep me going all day long . I am not a vegan or not even a vegetarian I do eat meat ,mostly fish and chicken but I do believe in whole plant based foods . I have been fighting my weight over 29 years thanks to Vega I think I solved it for good.I am a whole new person ,much healthier ,much smarter and much happier.

Half Marathon

HI everybody !!!!


About two months ago I have registered to run the NYC Woman's Half Marathon in april 25th. I didn't really do much running before ,being overweight most of my life. I lost my 50 extra pounds with diet and weight training , hardly ever did any cardio ,especially running. I am on the Thrive Diet since I started running about two months ago and I can't tell how amazed I am with the results . The first week I was pretty worn out but my body adopted quickly . I
