all pointers to Thrive, and especially the first book, Thrive.
Tell us a little more about yourself
Long-term vegan, ethically so from the beginning. I started out eons ago being macrobiotic in a city that was progressive, and very easily morphed into vegetarian, then fast-paced to vegan (aka plant-based). I am Raw and Living Foods certified to teach, but reside now in a non-progressive (all ways) city that is not interested in health or fitness. My stressors have put me in a most inactive mode, formerly being a devoted walker, but now rely on rebounding just to get by, and with perceived adrenal and thyroid burnout, that's not often possible. I teach verbally veganomics whenever, possible and have followed T. Colin Campbell, Neal Bernard, Ann Wigmore, Bernard Jensen, Jay Kordich, Tonya Zavasta, Dean Ornish and Joel Fuhrmann (of course), and many others. I hope to find enthusiasm here with Brendan's community to provide myself with what this body needs to heal itself, and to thrive in whatever time I have left.
