Brian - what do you eat for nutrition on long runs, 2 hours and longer? Do you use commercial gels, etc. or something homemade like in the Thrive book?
I made this last night and it's good! I was pretty wary and don't think I'd like the sprouts, but I enjoyed this and am looking forward to it tonight when it's good and cold. Thanks for sharing!
Bummer! Apparently the bars are a hot item right now and they are out of stock. We expect to have them back in a couple weeks. I will send you a message when I get word that they're back. Sorry about that. Kelly
A couple possibilities for finding the bars: order from our online store or you could request that your local store order them in for you (hey it's worth a try!)
