In Quebec city, we receive a lot of snow each winter... I'm lucky to stay active every day, I discipline myself to hit the gym twice a week for weight training and go outside 5 times a week to run. I also have opportunities to play outside with my kids. Fresh air makes us feel better. So I get out, a lot!!!
The Thrive 30 lesson who still inspires me...is certainly the one I had just after watching and reading all 12 lessons and finding myself listening to Brandon Brazier himself! It was a determining moment to really dive in and let my real vegan way of life be see. Thanks Brandon!.
I've tried to replace my usual breakfast with Vega smoothie. I've created a new alkalinizing recipe: 2 scoops of Vanilla Chai Vega Health Optimizer, 1 apple, 2 soaked dates or figs, 1Tbs chia seeds, lots of cinamon, a pinch of nutmeg, 1 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup ice cubes Blend and enjoy!
