Training Through Injury

A few weeks ago I broke my nose during training. It's not even a glorious story. I was rolling Jiu Jitsu with my instructor; he was mounted on my back and began to bring his arm across and under my chin to lock in a choke. Instead he brought his arm across my nose – a torture tactic he uses to make sure the arm goes across the throat and not over the chin – but quickly locked his arms to create leverage and cranked.
