I like to think of myself as a fitness enthusiast but I have only recently learnt how I can maintain my body weight. Earlier, like many others, my fitness and diet routine would yo-yo from one extreme to another

Thanks for the encouragement. I know quite a few bump skiers that have torn both ACLs numerous times and they're still skiing !! I don't think I'm that nuts, but I certainly want to continue adventure racing and mountain biking and skiing. I know I'll come away stronger from this. If not physically, then spiritually.
