Hey Derek! Yes, I use the soy version and its really the only soy product that I don't react to. I'm eating a lot of the same foods as before as my diet was pretty clean and I haven't had dairy in years. I saw a ND a couple weekends ago and we will probably do an allergy testing soon....hopefully that will help! I'm wondering if its the coffee...well i'm pretty sure the coffee can't help but its a tough habit to kick! haha
Thanks Derek! Yes, soy does NOT agree with me at all. It seems though that I suffer from bloating from most foods I eat and there is rarely a day that goes by that my stomach doesn't hurt. I take lots of enzymes and Bio-K but nothing seems to help 100%. Do you have any other suggestions for me? I don't think its gluten because there are some days I feel fine and I know I've had bread or something that day. Any advice would be great :) Thanks!
