- How did you discover Vega?
- Through trial and error - I was looking for a good-tasting protein powder to add to my fruit and vegetable smoothies and after trying Smoothie Infusion, my search was over.
- Tell us a little more about yourself
- I am an artist, graphic designer and middle-aged woman who has learned that to be responsible for my health I must commit each day to eating healthy, net-gain foods and that eating a donut, for example, does more harm to my body than just giving me empty calories. As I've aged I have also learned how crucial regular exercise is to my overall well-being and that some forms of exercise are even enjoyable, others can become so over time.

That is really great about being sober for almost 5 years. I actually celebrate 18 years this Saturday. Don't know if alcoholism is in your family but I sure got the gene...not too uncommon for people with alcoholism to have sugar issues. After all, alcohol is all about sugar.
Hope your sugar cravings are less. I really had to back away from those dates. I find that when I keep the sugar out, I don't get cravings or feel challenged.
