- How did you discover Vega?
- From Brendan Brazier's newsletter that I had received in my inbox. I have not yet tried Vega because I am new to all this but will this week so I can add content about it here.
- Tell us a little more about yourself
- I have been suffering with a lot of ailments and when I read Brendan's post and listened to what he had to say, I am convinced I have a number of food sensitivities. I have been very drawn to being vegetarian and am excited at starting this new journey toward health. I am so tired of suffering with allergies and being exhausted and overweight. So I eliminated meat, dairy and gluten and will keep track of my progress toward a healthy body.
