Tell us a little more about yourself
I am at a bad place in my life at the moment. Very morbidly obese approx 100lbs overweight. All my life I have fought my weight. In my 20's and 30's I was in very good shape. Running marathons, biking, swimming every morning. Now I am hoping with the Vega product ,the thrive in 30 days, and a raw diet. That I can now regain my old athletic self.
Well I am sharing the start of my journey on a raw diet. Have started with 2 meals a day raw. I have a Vega whole food shake with berries in the morning and a big salad with lime juice for lunch. Dinner is the big one I have to deal with. Any suggestions???
