- I am a health and wellness coach. I also work in the hospitality industry. Both can be stressful, but with a dedicated lifestyle to staying in shape and eating right - I am able to have the energy to do all of the things I like to do including fitness, camping, hiking, photography, and spending time with family and friends. My passion is healthy cooking and I stay away from dairy and try to eat as clean as possible.

Thrive in 30 2013
Just a question out there to the community, will Thrive in 30 lessons and guidance start again in January? I would love to get my office involved and share the lessons together in our own smaller wellness group. So exciting!
