My favourite smoothie changes all the time, but this is the one I'm hooked on right meow :)
I have a passion for chocolate, as well as greens, & they seem to marry well in smoothies. Plus, I'm in lovelovelove w/ mango! Try this for a healthy "dessert":

I saw one of your posts on here and had to tell you we have very similar stories about how we became vegan.
I was looking into workout plans and nutrition; so my girlfriend, who has been vegan for 6 years now, gave me the Skinny B**** book to read. Like you I cut meat and dairy cold turkey. Just horrible what goes on in those places, not to mention all the chemicals, hormones, and pesticides that end up in the meat.
After I read SB she turned me on to Brendan's Thrive Fitness. Simply Amazing.
Anywho.... eat well, live healthy, and stay vegan. ;)
You've inspired me to think maybe I could do this raw thing some more. :D
