I am a former Yoga instructor, full time mom, and student getting my degree in holistic health coaching. My main sport is Martial Arts, in training for a black belt! I also bike, hike, and do yoga. I am looking for the optimal way to nourish myself to combat fatigue, fight cravings, and help me perform at my best! I recently found I am intolerant to many foods on a typical American diet, so this one interests me. Plus it is earth and animal friendly :-). I love Brendan's books, etc... so far!
