- Went vegan 37 years ago. Fit and very healthy at 54. Can't believe folks are dying at my age. Then again... look at what they put in their bodies. I've been organic most of my life and close to 100% organic since 1986. I eat mostly raw foods from my garden. Very little processed and that only organic and simple. Soy free for 15 years.
