Having read; Survival of the Fittest by Mike Stroud and Eat and Run by Scott Jurek, I was intrigued to find out more about how a whole foods vegan diet could help my own physical and mental performance. I then read The Thrive Diet.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I am a full time ski, snowboard and telemark instructor for Whistler Blackcomb. In the summer I compete in trail running races and triathlons. I will be doing Ironman Whistler in 2013. I have been eating a whole foods vegan diet since June 2012 and I feel great!
