I became a vegan in October 2011 after having a heart attack in August 2010 at the age of 51. I was doing the "right" things, exercising, losing weight, but my Cholesterol was still high even on meds. I decided that changing my diet drastically was my last chance. I dropped my cholesterol levels to within normal range within 30 days of starting plant strong.
