Okay I finally put pics up of my so-called garden.. . it's a little sad lol!! My green leaf lettuce is so big that i'm just gonna give it to my brother's rabbits.. . the tomato plant that has its own tomatoes is store-bought, the ones in the garden are from seed. Next year i'm not gonna grow as much lettuce lol!!
My morning smoothie ingredients are: frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, 30g of pure hemp protein, 15g of ground flaxseed, 7.5ml EFA oil (not vega's but one I made myself) and 100% pure orange jus. Also whenever I have it, I freeze pure 100% cranberry juice into ice cubes with water 1:3 and throw one of those in there.
My afternoon smoothie before my workout looks like this: frozen mango, banana, pineapple, papaya, 30g of pure hemp protein, 15g of ground flaxseed, 7.5ml of coconut oil and 100% pure orange jus.
I try to make each smoothie about 600ml which tends to fill me up just right. Some people say different things about smoothies , when to have them and what to put in them, but I just treat mine like meals and drink plenty of water during the day. I hope this helps and good luck on finding that smoothie that is just right for you. Oh! Almost forgot, I buy all my fruit from local farmers at the markets in Montreal and freeze them myself, it gets difficult in the winter, but I manage.
Try to have as much fun finding your favorite smoothie combination, its took awhile for me and much experimenting, but now I have a meal I look forward to having everyday.

Welcome to Vega Community and congrats on your first garden!! Me & my boyfriend just bought a townhouse this year so I created my first herb/vegetable garden.. . At first I grew some stuff from seed, then gave up and bought plants. Yours looks way better though!
