Tell us a little more about yourself: I'm an artist living near Algonquin Park. I'm 63, a retired graphic designer. I volunteer to help the environment (local community garden, Toward Balance Support Network) and local arts groups. I swim, walk and bike for exercise, and am currently working to trim down my physique. I've had health issues in the last ten years which were resolved by dietary measures similar to Brendan's prescription to 'thrive', and I'm venturing further into raw/vegan foods. They have certainly helped me!
