A friend told me about Brazier, so I thought I'd check out his book. I was immediately impressed and progressed into the 'program' of de-programming myself from processed foods.
Tell us a little more about yourself
I'm deeply interested in plant biochemistry, particularly related to our nutrition. I'm fairly active (running, pilates, yoga, dance, etc.), love science, and work hard. All-or-nothing personality but trying to learn balance. :)
