In Brendan Brazier's Thrive book he talks about three levels.. Level one...high intensity 1 hour, Level two moderate intensity 1-3 hours, and level three low intensity for multiple hours. It was the beginning of the weekend, and unfortunately my fridge was all out of greens (cant live life without my Kale, man serious obsession) so I walked over to one of my local close to college co-op stores. I have a question, hoping someone replies!
I work out 5-6 times out of the week mainly running but am going to include more strength training. I can’t decide between the vega sport or the vega health optimizer. The vega sport has more protein per calorie ratio. But the vega health optimizer has some good vitamins and minerals, like the maca, chlorella, ect (which right now I am trying to balance hormones and need maca).
