I have fenced for 8 years and I have been boxing for a year. I also run and lift. I have been vegetarian for about 5 years now, a vegan for 2 years, and want to lean towards a more raw diet.

I don't mean bro as a bad thing, I just say it all the time to everyone, girl or guy so please don't take offense to me calling you bro. Talk to you later

What's up bro? Before my workout I usually just take the optimizer and hit the gym. After my workout I make a smoothie. I almost always put banana, pineapple, and cherry. I used to put hemp and brown rice protein as well as maca but now I just use the smoothie infusion. The banana is the good for you, pineapple is natures pain reliever and cherry is rich in iron and other things for energy. The maca is for recovery and the protein well that explains itself. As for like lunch and dinner type stuff my girlfriend and I make wild rice with Black/forbidden rice and broccoli, lentils, green and yellow peas, bell peppers, etc. Add whatever kinda spice you like to it and you get an assortment of everything you need and the feeling of being full too. Green smoothies are always a winner, but this stuff takes some preparing. If you don't want to make anything at all. Get a mixture of sugary(ripe) fruits. Typically, I will get a bowl of grapes, black and blueberries, strawberries, rasberries, kiwi, some orange slices, and toss in a sliced up banana that is ripe and not starchy. Then of course you can add whatever other fruits you want. Fresh pineapple is great. Another thing I found out a while back, is one plum has as much anti-oxidants as a handful of blueberries. Right after workouts I just try to get a lot of sugary stuff and protein, I stay away from a lot of fiber after workouts because it slows down sugars getting absorbed into the muscles which is what you need for recovery. If you have any other questions or examples just let me know bro. I hope this helps you out, if not let me know and we can talk more about it. Talk to you later man
