Regular day of running and working out around the house the time was somewhere near mid morning and I had been up for a few hours.
I took the a half scoop plus of powder mixed it with some tea from last night and some juice. Tired from the days previous I took the mixed drink/juice to my bed, drank it, and entered a laying cross legged or laying square pose with a intention towards a yin yoga session including Shavasana.

I have been riding my bike across Northeast USA from Music Festival to music festivale trying to rid myself of unvegan roomates. I mounted a rack on the bike I have had since 20, a univega. Then I realized I was consuming Vega alone and the topic of iso-foods came to me. So I renamed my bike the "ISOVEGA" and off I went this summer riding backand forth with no navigation or riding partners.

It's easier than it looks. The trick is not to be afraid to lean forward and know where to shift your weight.
