Last minute, I Jumped into the 2009 Seak the Peak relay in North Vancouver (4100' elevation in 16km) as a solo runner. My strength was the Grouse Grind section where I was 11th overall including solo men - all cycling leg power! Podium for 1st in my age category and 2nd woman overall. Not bad for only cycling training behind me! Vega optimizer and coconut water was awesome for my recovery drink.
