breakfast of delavergne champions

This is a typical breakfast smoothie that I make for my family of three each morning. This has been a daily staple for over a year and even my 14-year-old is beginning to adapt and drink them without complaint--plus it's a convenient way for her to eat in the morning without slowing down the beautification process. It's a win win.

It's easy, Vega Kelly!
Into my Vita-Mix blender I put the following ingredients:
*frozen fruit of choice--mango, blueberries, pineapple, berries, and whatever fresh fruit I have lying around--banana, apple, over-ripe pear, etc.
*1 Tablespoon of whole flaxseed
*2 or 3 scoops of Smoothie Infusion
*3+ handfuls of raw vegetables (usually bagged from Trader Joe's) broccoli, spinach, carrots, cabbage, kale, mixed spring greens, celery, snap peas, and whatever leftovers I want to get rid of.
*1 cup apple juice
*1 or 2 cups water, enough to liquify ingredients.
Cover blender and turn it on. When fully blended, voila! A fast and healthy breakfast for me and my family.
