arame or hiziki sea vegetable over frozen blueberries. I thought it was pretty healthy until i plugged
in the numbers and saw the comparison. When i tried the smoothie i found myself feeling satisfied
with no cravings for the remainder of the day, with sufficient energy to take care of all of my daily
duties. I enjoy the optimizer with hemp milk and frozen bananas, and even half of an acai pack.
Tastes too good.

Comment by Jodie Webb on September 9, 2011 at 5:17pm My breakfast swaps between WFO and conventional toast (it's my weakness!), although this breakfast calculator reminded me of how many more calories, carbs, and fat are in my almond butter toast compared to more vitamins, greens, probiotics, and protein in the WFO! Thanks for keeping me in check ... back to my smoothies I go! :)

I really do appreciate having a vegan supplement that doesn't make me compromise the rest of my nutritional commitments (e.g., it's tough to find a soy-free, vegan supplement that doesn't have sugar or, worse, artificial sweetener). Also, your Thrive recipes are my go-to when I want to assure non-vegan friends and family that I eat well.
