It's been a work in progress but a year into practising Bikram Yoga, I was finally able to tame my monkey mind and actually just lie still! What I love about the Bikram vs Other Yoga is that it teaches you how to work on the postures first with the theory that the meditation will just naturally happen on it's own - which it does!
