Crazy! I'll remind our local rep about this too. We'll get you some bars one way or another!

So I have to call the product manager or something...convince him/her, which I gather may not happen just because I ask...we'll see. They said they can order them by the box for me, but that's like getting them from Vega directly online.

The vibrancy bars are now available at most Whole Foods in the US. Joshua - checked the Venice one and of course, it's one of the ones that doesn't carry them yet! Request them next time you're in!

Vega bars aren't sold in stores where I live, so unless you buy them online, you'll have to get another type of bar around your yoga schedule. Also, if you can, try drinking a hacked coconut right after practice with your raw food bar...super yummy!

Vega bars in stores...ETA...???

The Vega Vibrancy bars are yummy. I think half a bar would be enough before a class.

Here are a few trick to holding crane:
- find the balance between your head and butt
- if your knees are on the outside of your arms squeeze your knees into your arms
- round your back and tuck your navel in.
- be fearless! :)

I'm so glad there's a yogi group here...although for the life of me I can't seem to ever hold crane pose.

Anybody know of a good raw snack to eat before doing yoga? I tried to keep as much of an empty stomach as possible beforehand, but didn't know if it was the best thing.
