Hi Amanda,

What browser (e.g.: Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 6, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) are you using? Also, which form on the signup page did you use (the one in the side menu or the one below the text)?

I've checked everything I can on our end and it appears to be working, but there might be some combination of circumstances that's causing a problem for you (e.g.: a security setting, a pop-up blocker, bad PC voodoo...) it could be any number of issues. If you can let me know what your set-up is and where you're having a problem, I will do my best to help you. Barring that, I can manually add your email address to Thrive in 30 (send it to me as a private message instead of posting it here).

Good luck!

I bought the book today (The Thrive Diet). Brendan is coming to speak in my town at the end of the month, and I'm going to turn my schedule upside down to try to get to hear him. I've been reading Tosca Reno's books about Eating Clean, and I really wanted to do that...but being near-vegan her plans are next to impossible (though she has an great recipe for vegan chocolate mousse!). I'm so glad I found out about this book. I've got 50-lbs of divorce-weight to lose, and I'm feeling positive about it for the first time in a long time

I start the Thrive journey in less than 12 hours!

Ok, so I've finished the first day. It had its up and downs. Now I'm prepping for tomorrow. It is a lot of work. As a single person, I'm nervous that all of this cooking for one day will it. I'll have to do it all again every day. Will any of the recipes/meal plans repeat themselves in the 12 weeks?

Nava - Thrive in 30 is really for anyone - not just athletes. While many athletes have found inspiration in Brendan's experiences, the majority of people are just like you and me and looking for ways to improve health. In the first Thrive in 30, it's all about stress and the relationship to nutrition. Enjoy!
