Comment by Karen Scheuermann on December 20, 2011 at 6:20pm I found that sleep makes a lot of difference. If I'm not getting enough sleep as in hot summer nights, I have trouble maintaining weight. In winter it's easier.
Karen - I hadn't thought about the amount of sleep but now that I think about it, the body repairs itself while we are sleeping so I guess it could be building muscle.
