We seem to have some new folks joining our group so I thought I'd ask everyone to post their most favorite easy to prepare and eat snacks that gives max calories and good nutrition.   I like apples with peanut butter.  I also will put avacado in my smoothies to boost the calories and nutrition.  How about everyone else?

I guess smoothies and energy bars are easiest. In a big hurry, I spread almond butter on a date. It's almost as good as a pecan pie, maybe better. Sometimes I just grab a handful of almonds.
I just remembered this one from long ago.  When wanting something sweet for waffles, pancackes or bread, mixing tahini with maple syrup is good.  I am sure it would work with agave nectar too.
