Just went for an awesome 15km run and had a Vega WFHO Berry flavoured smoothie to recover....I love it with soya milk, EFA's and frozen mixed berries

I have done my last 3000ish miles in a few pairs of Vibrams, including two runs over 50 miles, and one reaching 70. My last pair got 1400 miles in them before retirement. Rebekah (or anyone else), if you have any questions just ask :)
