I respond best to moderating fats, higher protein, occasional sprouted, raw carbs such as my homemade sprouted buckwheat granola... noticeable change without timed BCAA's, CLA, glutamine

Thanks Darius and Suzette. So I would assume drink the protein shake and take the EFA's. Are you against taking BCAA's? I keep getting mixed responses from the vegan community...

Use Bragg's Liquid Amino's for BCAA's in yoru water while training and in salads!

I don't really have any advice for Vega products with P90X, but I can say that I loved P90X. It's a great supplemental workout, but I would definitely advice upping your weight as much as you can. Also, adding a Vega shake right after your workout will help!

I just transitioned from Vegetarian to Vegan. And I also just retired, and joined Powerhouse Gym in Chatsworth. I'm trying to firm up, get stronger and lose weight. I notice my energy level and emotions are really affected by how much or little I consume the "right" proteins. So I am excited to join your group to learn more about the diets you use to maintain your active lifestyles.

Hi, i've just gotten in the veggie/raw lifestyle about 8 months ago. I mostly train to support my goaltending and other sports practices, but I obviously want to gat a good physique along the way. In the past i've given many supplements a try to help build lean mass. Is there a healthy and proven way to optimize growth without having to resort to creatine or tribulus or zma and such products? Or are those products mentioned the best way to tap into it while eating well and training?
