Has anyone tried using yacon in any of the thrive recipes or experieced the bennifits? I have just been reading about some of it's qualities including helping absorption of calicium, magnesium and b vitamins. I have also been trying to reduce my intake of agave(weight gain) and I believe yacon is low in calories has little effect on glucose levels.
I have low bone density and i'm looking for any advise to help increase my calcium intake and absorption!!!
