Does anyone know if it's okay to have the Whole Health Food Optimizer twice in the same day?
I always have a full serving (2 scoops) for breakfast, along with fruit usually, but I wanted to have it as an afternoon snack also. Is it going to be overload on my body?

It probably wouldn't hurt, if you're an active person, but I suggest for cost effective reasons maybe split your serving. Blend your morning 1/2 serving with a banana and some berries, even add a little ground flax. This could just about hold you for the day. Have your afternoon 1/2 serving for a snack with a piece of fruit or some veggie sticks, even blended as the morning one, depends on your caloric demand. With a lunch and dinner in there you've made for a well rounded day of nutrition. Others have asked if one could live on a couple WFHO shakes a day...I am sure you could, but since it is so nutrtionally dense I'm not sure why one would want to. Besides, it would be good to have other whole foods aswell.

The label says take 1 or more daily so I think you can take as much as you would like, I would just limit the dairy products if mixed w/ after a certain time of the day.

Because I am new to taking plant based products, when taking the Health Optimizer I have to mix w/ soy milk.

We recommend starting off slowly and work your way up to an additional full serving. If your body is not experiencing any detox symptoms it is not a problem to take more than one full serving of Whole Food Health Optimizer a day.

I've been going about 60-80 percent Vega daily since November 2008, and while the first month almost got me designated class 2 dangerous goods at the shipping depot I worked at, everything since then has been clear sailing.

When I want to throw fuel on the fire, or have exactly 5 minutes to get out the door and on my way to work/practice/an appt., I can't think of anything quicker/easier, and I know that the stuff will pass customs, as it were.

IMHO, this is the most efficient form of nutrition I've ever blessed my body with; it's re-mineralized my teeth, removed the spare tire which was developing, healed my digestive system from years of N.Am poison, and nipped acid-reflux permanently in the bud. I wonder if Vega will sponsor me when my band goes on tour, hahaha! :D Two times? Hell, do it four, if you've got the means.
I have it twice a day, to replace both breakfast and lunch. I've been told by my personal wellness coach that that's the only way I can force my body to lose weight at this point, because I'm at the final stubborn pounds. I have a total of three scoops a day (either 2 for breakfast and 1 for lunch or the other way around)

It's full of nutrients and keeps me full, so I would say it's ok.
