What's the difference between the Thrive Fitness weight training circuit and the Thrive Fitness maximum strength training?

In the Thrive Fitness six-week template there's a mention of TC and TS, or "training circuit" and "strength training." I'm a little confused. I've looked throughout the rest of the book and can't seem to find what the difference is. I'd like to start the circuit and can't seem to figure it out. Which exercises should I do the first week? Also, once I incorporate running as my repeat-pattern aerobic activity, for how long do I do it? The Safe Running Mileage Buildup looks like it's primarily for running, not running and weight training combo. The other thing about the book is that it mentions Main exercise circuits (with different exercises) and core circuit exercises. This doesn't seem to relate to the six-week program.

I was wondering the exact same thing. I was really frustrated when I couldn't find those answers after searching through the book again.

Sorry this took a little while - Brendan was just wrapping up his tour today.

Looks like this is a lot simpler than originally thought! The exercises are all the same but for maximum strength circuit use heavier weights.

I was also very confused about this aspect of the book (as well as exactly which muscles each exercise is targeting?). Thanks for posting this question!

Ok, so you're saying both are a total body workout, incorporating upper, lower, and core exercises? And if maximum strength is just adding weight, would an example be to do more weight and lesser reps for the same exact exercises as the training circuit? Example: on a TC day you do 25 reps of 8 lbs for bicep curls; on a day of TS you do 12 reps of 10 lbs for bicep curls.

Yes, the full routine for both routines. And yes! For the the max strength go to fatigue with a higher weight and higher reps with lower weight for the weight training circuit. Good luck!
