What are you making for Christmas dinner?

I'm looking for some good vegan dishes to prepare for Christmas dinner. Anyone have some good veganized dishes for traditional faves? What have you made that went over really well with non-vegans? Thanks for your ideas!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it'd be a great Christmas dish, too. The spinach and cranberries give it an appropriate color scheme... There's a link to a photo in the comments section.

If it doesn't need to be gluten free, you can google the vegan dad blog and check out his tempeh/gluten combo... or the chickpea cutlets in the veganomicon. They've both gone over really well with non-vegans in my experience. I've been trying to avoid gluten but it's nice to indulge on the holidays :)
